The staff were very helpfully. The Location for the Hotel is very good 1 minute from the motorway, 10 minutes by car to Bordeaux central, Very good bus connection.

When we eventually found the hotel they had no knowledge of our booking thru you.Fortunatly they had a room available for us for the night.This has never happened in all our bookings with you.We where very lucky on this occasion as we were very tired from a very long drive and the last thing we wanted to be told was that the hotel had no booking from booking .com. They said this happened frequently, Please address this issue with the hotel. Thanks.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room came with an electronic key card. It also had a work desk and a television, which was nice. Plus, the view from the room overlooked the courtyard. 😊.

Price. Receptionist was nice and spoke great english.

Room was very small and grubby , no shower head on shower , I had been on the road for 14 hours and used the (hotel) as a place to put my head down for a few hours which served its purpose but I would not want to stay there as part of a holiday

had a pleasant overnight stay with premiere classe, exceeded expectations after previous experience, clean room and friendly staff. Mentioned restaurant nearby.

Shower had no hook.

The ability to automatically get the room-card key (by use of an automatic credit card taking machine which also provides the receipt) after 21:00 (when the reception is actually closed and not present on site) is very useful. Value for money is good (given the price of 39 € per day and 4.80€ for an "all you can eat breakfast"), however do be aware that this is very basic (rooms are 4.5 * 2 meter, including the shower room). A TV was present in the room.

The hotel was ideal and the location was unbeatable just off the Treytins bus stop which is a 15-minute walk away in Eysines, and bus service into Bordeaux. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bar was good with polite staff...

My triple room was equipped with modern conveniences like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television. the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the courtyard view. - the staff were friendly and accommodating. - the location was ideal, with a restaurant conveniently located nearby. - Food Naan was close by, offering quick and delicious meals.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Premiere Classe in Eysines. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms. Despite some minor issues with stains and burns on the bedding, the second replacement room was much better. We were relieved to learn that we wouldn't be charged for any damages. The bed was comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back here for my trips. The staff once helped me return forgotten jewellery. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, outdoor dining area, flat-screen TV.
